A cold case was re-opened by the COLD JUSTICE investigative team & built a circumstantial case against Steven Noffsinger. He sat in jail in 2014 & was acquitted of his former wife's murder in May of 2015. He is now suing TNT, its' producers & TV hosts for defamation of character. He is asking for $75,000.
