As everyone knows -- I'm a huge fan of JASON BOURNE & I'm excited for the next installment which comes in 2016. Matt Damon & Paul Greengrass (movie director) are back for the next sequel. Both of them share screenwriting credits. Damon would only return to the action series if Greengrass would -- who didn't for THE BOURNE LEGACY in 2012 with Jeremy Renner as Aaron Cross.
Universal Pictures announced that Damon wanted to return in 2016. There is no news on Jeremy Renner to return for his next sequel in 2016. It would be excellent if Aaron & Jason would pass each other in a movie scene. But, that's just dreaming from an overzealous fan. It could happen. Hah!
Below is the first photo of Damon as Jason Bourne on the set of the yet untitled action thriller. And it looks like he is more "physically ripped" than he has been in the first three films. It also looks like Jason is gonna kick some major ass...!
