DATELINE (NBC) episode TIPPING POINT. A tourist is stabbed to death in a Manhattan subway surrounded by 7 teens. It was 1990 which had the most homicide's on record before and/or since. The teen "Wolfpacks" were terrorizing the city. One male teen who was convicted of killing that tourist still claims his innocence in prison. Was he coerced into signing a false confession? Or is he lying to get out of prison? Lester Holt reports.
