If some of you watched last Saturday's 48 HOURS episode on 11.21.2015. You saw that the country of Argentina refused to extradite Kurt Sonnenfeld back to the U.S. He is charged with killing his first wife. He has been living in Buenos Aires, Argentina with a new wife & twin daughters. He still claims his first wife killed herself on Jan. 1, 2002.
Argentina doesn't believe in the death penalty & refused to Extradite Kurt. The U.S. prosecutors claimed that he was never, ever faced with the death penalty in Denver, Colorado. Kurt has been hiding behind Human Rights Activist's which includes his second wife who he married 40 days after they met in 2003. He claims that the U.S. wants to persecute him because he believed that the American government knew about the terrorist attacks before 9/11. So far, Kurt has not given any documented proof of that.
Argentina has allowed the Extradition of Kurt Sonnenfeld back to the U.S. That was back in January of 2015. Check out news report below for information.
