Wayne Rogers who portrayed "Trapper John" on the long running TV series M*A*S*H has died. He was 82 years old. Rogers quit the TV show because his character "Trapper" was supposed to be an equal to Alan Alda's "Hawkeye." He wasn't. Wayne Rogers appeared in 3 of the 11 TV seasons to wild popularity. Him & Hawkeye had great chemistry. RIP.
