Oregon: 7 more arrested in the takeover of the Mahleur National Wildlife Refuge

News From My home State of Oregon. The standoff is over, but Federal authorities are only just beginning to clean house. Cliven Bundy was charged with conspiracy to impede with federal authorities in Oregon. That 1 count could put him in prison for 6 years. The FBI were licking their "chops" when Cliven set foot in Oregon. He walked off his personal property in Nevada where he was protected by family & his own militia. Nevada has charged him with multiple crimes against the government going back to the 2014 standoff on his ranch. He asked for a court appointed lawyer in Oregon. He will later be extradited back to Nevada to face the other charges.

Meanwhile, the FBI served warrants on 7 occupiers who participated in the take over of the Refuge from the beginning. All of them fled Oregon when the Bundy brother's were arrested & after Robert was shot to death. Each was taken into federal custody in their own states on Thursday Feb. 11, 2016. The total of individuals indicted has climbed to 25 individuals. 7 more were added to the list & they are below.
  • Blaine Cooper 36. Arizona
  • Corey Lequieu 44. Nevada
  • Neil Wampler 68. California
  • Jason Charles Blomgren 41. North Carolina
  • Darryl William Thorn 31. Washington
  • Wesley Kjar 32. Utah
  • Eric Lee Flores 22. Washington.
The federal authorities are said to be careful in restoring the Paiute Tribal artifacts that may have been damaged or stolen.
