48 HOURS on CBS. Did you watch last night's episode called, "Death of an Olympian?." Erin Moriarty interviewed Jane who was convicted of shooting her husband 6 times in their home yard. Jane kept wiping away "No Tears." The prosecution offered her 6 years in prison & manslaughter. She turned them down & wanted her story told that her husband Dave was an abusive man. She was convicted of 1st degree murder & her "Stupid" lawyer took it harder than her. She had to console him. "Unbelievable..!" Jane killed her husband because he was gonna leave her. He found that she spent everything they had & owed huge back taxes. She even borrowed $40,000 from Dave's mother. It took 6 years for her trial to start because of her lies. Pack of lies..!
