“Marco Polo” can be seen streaming
online over at “Netflix.” The fifth episode of season 2 is
called, “Lullaby.” It stars, Lorenzo Richelmy (Marco Polo),
Benedict Wong (Kublai Khan), Joan Chen (Empress Chabi), Remy Hii
(Prince Jingim) & Tom Wu (Hundred Eyes).
“Lullaby” opened with the unknown
female warrior (Michelle Yeoh) sending out rebels with bombs. They
exact revenge on the boy emperor's death. Those bombs kill 300
mongols. Kaidu's daughter, Khutulun, doesn't want to be the first
female Khan. He wants that throne for her. Byamba left her when she
ambushed his half brother's Prince Jingim and Ahmad. He returned to
Kublai Khan's army as a foot soldier to serve under his father.
Kokachin gets a visit from a woman in her past and it is quite revealing.
