'48 Hours' 2-hour back-to-back episodes Oct. 1, 2016

48 HOURS on CBS. The first episode of the 2-hour segment is called, "My Mother's Murder" which will air at 9/8 p.m.

CBS says, " A blockbuster new twist upends the case against a young woman charged with killing her mother. "48 Hours" correspondent Richard Schlesinger returns to the case he's been covering for more than a decade."
