“20/20” (ABC) can be seen each Friday evening at 10/9 p.m. It was seen in Albuquerque at 9/8 p.m. (central time). Friday’s episode was called, “Love at First Sting” that aired on Sept. 22, 2017. In the overnight TV ratings it garnered 3.50 million TV viewers overall. It reached 0.7 million TV viewers in the all-important 18 to 49 adult demographic. “Dateline” (NBC) grabbed 3.99 overall & 0.8 with adults. “Blue Bloods” (CBS) nabbed 5.30 overall & 0.6 with adults (repeat).

“Love at first Sting.” Houston, Texas. Valerie McDaniel was a professional veterinarian. She recorded her personal life in an audio diary. She met Leon Jacob while she was still married. They fell in love and she divorced her husband. She later commits suicide by jumping from a tall building. Her death revealed that she put out a “contract hit” on her ex-husband. Police also discover that Jacob put a “contract hit” on his ex-girlfriend too.
