“Na la ilio.” The drug enforcement agency (DEA) is called into a shipping port dock. One agent is shot and his DEA service dog gets shot too. Steve finds the dog who is a witness to a possible ambush. Junior Reigns comes to the island and asks to work under Steve, but there is no job opening. Steve and Danno discuss Kono and Chin Ho and admit they miss their former colleagues.
The drugs are still inside a storage container in that port. Steve believes that the dealers might return for those drugs. They talk to a confidential informant who might’ve tipped off the drug dealers. It turns out that her middle man was the one who told her when the drug pick up was going down. That man was injected with an overdose of heroin and dies.
