The 48 HOURS (CBS) episode called, "The Case Against Brooke Skylar Richardson" aired Saturday night (9/28/2019) at 10/9 p.m. It was reported on by Erin Moriarty.

"The Case against Brooke Skylar Richardson." The state of Ohio. Brooke had an extreme health issue with her weight. She was a high school cheerleader and her new boyfriend got her pregnant. Her mother sent her to the clinic to get the birth control "pill." Brooke found that she was already pregnant and had asked the doctor not to tell anyone. She also didn't tell her parents nor the boyfriend.
The baby was stillborn and Brooke buried her child in the back yard of her house. The local police got a tip that Brooke supposedly murdered the baby. She was arrested and charged in the death of her only child.
