DOJ say they will make dozens more arrests after the siege on Capitol Hill

UPDATE: Tuesday 1/12/2021. 6 days after the breach on Capitol Hill. The Department of Justice says they will make dozens of more arrests in the next few weeks. They are re-opening 160 suspect files to match those who may have attended the siege at the U.S Capitol.

They are also receiving thousands of tips from the public. Plus, videos and pictures identifying possible suspects. Most of them had live-streamed their actions over social media.

The first federal indictment was handed down against Lonnie Hoffman (70 yrs.). He is from Alabama and faces 17-charges. Lonnie returned to his truck hours after the siege. That is where police found 11 home-made explosives and 5 illegal fire-arms.

Below is the press conference from the DOJ on Tuesday.
