FOX-31 News from Denver, Colorado. The state Supreme Court has disqualified Donald Trump from the 2024 general election Presidential ballot. The 4-3 ruling will be on hold until Jan. 4, 2024 for any or all appeals.
Trump stated that he will "swiftly" appeal the decision to the U.S. Supreme Court. If there is no order on his appeal. Trump will be removed from the Colorado state ballot on Jan. 5, 2024.
