WESTWORLD HBO has halted production right before its' final phase. The reason is because the creators have to get ahead of the writing. They still hope to premiere in 2016. This is a TV remake of the 1973 movie that starred Yul Brynner.

HBO also shut down the epic mini-series LEWIS AND CLARK last summer 2015. The reason is that the creators took on too much with the expanse of the Lewis & Clark expedition. The director & cinematographer left the production. Apparently, the western is being rewritten & who knows when it will premiere on HBO.
