JANE GOT A GUN starring Natalie Portman. The Western has certainly had its' troubles from the first day of filming when the original director didn't show up for work. Plus, all the cast changes & its' distribution company "Relativity" going bankrupt. The release of the film was pushed forward at least 4 times. The European premiere at Paris, France was cancelled too. Gee, the list goes on & on.
According to Box Office Mojo that tracks box office receipts. "Jane" pulled in a paltry $803,000 in 1,200 movie theaters. (It was not 550 theaters which I reported last week).
I'm a fan of Westerns & I'm gonna still see this movie.
