ROSALIE JONES is DAYSTAR. The contemporary dance company artistic director will receive a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Institute of American Indian Arts at Santa Fe, NM. Roscoe Pond performed with "Daystar" from 1991-1998 as a modern dancer & actor. Rosalie was the last chairperson of the performing arts department at IAIA in 1995. That program has been revived & will honor Rosalie for her contributions as a teacher, dancer & choreographer.
