Michael Jackson passed away 11 years ago (2009). He is not alive to fight sexual abuse allegations from Wade Robson and James Safechuck. They both claim that Michael sexually abused them as kids over a period of years (Late 1980's/Early 1990's.). They are grown men now and had revealed Michael's abuse in the documentary, "Leaving Neverland" (2019). The filmmakers never interviewed the Jackson family.
James and Wade both filed lawsuits against the Michael Jackson estate (2017). They targeted the Jackson corporations specifically. A judge rejected those lawsuits because of the "statute of limitations."
The Second appeals from Wade (2021) and James (2020) have been rejected too.
California wrote into law (2019) extending the statute of limitations for child abuse victims. They can file civil lawsuits by the age of 40. And/or 5 years after the discovery of the sexual abuse.
Wade (38 yrs.) and James (43 yrs.) are filing another appeal against the Michael Jackson estate. This will be their Third try to gain money from alleged sexual abuse. Both waited decades to accuse Michael and in-fact always claimed that he never "touched" them. They provide no physical proof - but only their "words."
Wade Robson's lawyer says he will go all the way to the California-Supreme-Court if he has to....
(Circa late 1980's. Michael Jackson and James Safechuck.).
