"Final voting opens on Wednesday, Jan. 15. Eligible members will be notified by email on how to vote as well as access FYC screeners, events, and extras. Keep an eye out for this important email once voting opens."
SAG AWARDS FYC SCREENERS
"SAG Awards For Your Consideration screeners are fully digital this awards season. All voters will have access to digital screeners, but voters will not automatically receive DVDs in the mail."
"Again this year, all digital screeners will include closed captioning and audio description options."
DVD OPT-IN
"If you would like to receive DVD screeners by mail in addition to digital screeners, you must opt-in. If you have opted in previously, you do not need to again. To complete your DVD opt-in, visit sagaftra.org/dvds.
"After logging into your SAG-AFTRA account, at the top of “Go Green” options, uncheck the first box indicating you are ok with only receiving digital screeners, and click "Save Go Green Preferences” to confirm your choice.
"If you have not set up an online SAG-AFTRA account and wish to complete this process over the phone, please call (323) 549-6789."
"Please note, that it may take up to two business days for your opt-in to be reflected with the mailing house so if you would like to receive DVDs by mail, please opt-in by Friday, Jan. 1 to avoid shipping delays."
"Members with addresses outside of the U.S. and Canada are not eligible to receive DVDs."
"For those who opt-in, DVDs will be sent out in late January/early February 2025. Since no membership dues are used to pay for screeners, it is up to the studios to decide how to make their titles available. Not all nominated titles will be made available on DVD."

SAG-AFTRA New Mexico President 'Talia Pura' 2025
Greetings Fellow New Mexican SAG-AFTRA Members,
"As production slows for the holidays, I hope you all have time for friends, family and activities you love."
"Thank you to all who attended our annual membership meeting and holiday party at the Q-Staff Theatre. It was great to see so many of you there. We really do have a fabulous community."
"As you may have heard, Julie Crane is stepping down as our executive director. She has been with SAG-AFTRA for almost 20 years, and is now looking for new challenges and adventures. We will miss her very deeply. She has always been our rock, the person we have turned to for answers to all our union questions. She has been a tremendous support as we, as a board and as a membership, navigated our way through this industry."
"As a first-term president, I knew I could always count on her for whatever I needed as I tried to meet the needs of our local. We owe her a huge debt of gratitude. We are thankful for her leadership and guidance, and wish her well in her next chapter."
"Please know a search committee has been formed and we are actively looking for our next executive director."
"Happiest of holidays to you and those you love. See you in the new year!"
Best wishes,
