"Mr. Selfridge" Dillon in a fit of rage pushes Victor over balcony

MR. SELFRIDGE on PBS. (S04E06). Harry & Madame Mae look at the graveside of Victor who was murdered. He argued with Jimmy Dillon over Mae who pushed Victor over a balcony to his death. Jimmy hides at his mother's home & she believes it was an accident. The press concludes that Victor's murder was mob related.

Harry opens with a summer sale at Selfridge's. Mae's fashion collection is selling like gang busters. The company is gaining bad press as Harry sells off his outside stores. He no longer has control over Selfridge's as stockholders want more power decisions with the company. The local newspaper begins a lawsuit against Selfridge's because he pulled out all his advertisements.

Victor left a money trust for George & his family. Both men served in World War I together & George helped Victor start his own nightclub. Selfridge's has a goodbye party for Kitty who takes the job in New York. Victor begs her to stay, but offers to go to New York with her. She accepts & they leave together.
