CBS 'Crimesider' 1959 cold case murder still unsolved

COLD CASES from CBS. Seattle, Washington. Witnesses from 1959 are all deceased and so are the original homicide detectives. The murder of a widow by "bomb" is as cold as ice...,

Crime-sider says, "Pearl Kongsle, a 62-year-old widow with no known enemies, was enjoying a Seattle fall evening with friends in 1959 when she stepped outside to examine a paper bag on her front stoop. Inside was a powerful bomb that detonated, scorching her body and tearing her right hand from her arm, killing her."
