CNN mystery 'He spent 20 years in prison for murder'

CNN report. "He spent 20 years in prison for murder. Then someone else confessed to the same crime."

Hwaseong, South Korea (1986-1991). A male serial killer had murdered 10 females within a 5 year span. A 13-year-old teen girl was also found raped and killed in 1988. Police arrested a repairman named "Yoon." He was interrogated and had confessed. He was sentenced to prison for 20 years....

In 2019. DNA matched a man named "Lee" to three of the female victims. He later confessed to killing all 10 women/girls and that included the teen Yoon had claimed to have to killed. Lee is serving a life-sentence in prison for the rape and murder of his sister-in-law.

Yoon is now out of prison and wants his name cleared. The problem is with his DNA that links him to the crime scene of the teen girl. Lee's DNA hasn't been tested for the same murder.

Murder and Mystery fans. This is a fantastic read. Check it out....

Podcast 'To Live and Die in LA' is a deep & unsolved murder mystery

TO LIVE AND DIE IN LA from NEIL STRAUSS. I had come to this one year after the premiere of the podcast.

The two individuals at the center of this story are now dead. Chris Spotz and Adea Shabani. Both of them were "actors" who tried to make it big in Hollywood. He was engaged to another woman when he met Adea. She disappeared on a cross-street near Hollywood boulevard and was later found bludgeoned to death at Northern California. Her dead body was also found in a shallow grave. Chris later committed suicide with a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.

The Los Angeles Police Department had closed the case because Chris was the main suspect in Adea's death. Neil Strauss and a private investigator say that there is no evidence proving Chris had killed Adea. That is where the mystery falls off the "Deep-End" with no clear answers.... There are three "persons of interest" but only based on hearsay and information that leads to no solid evidence. Nothing ties these three individuals to the murder of Adea Shabani. Neil Strauss comes close with his investigation, but it may never be enough....

This is a total and clear-cut mystery.... Check it out if you missed it.

USA Network cancels 'Treadstone' after One TV Season

TREADSTONE on USA. I had just announced that the network hasn't renewed this for season Two yet. I was hoping like other TV fans that it would be renewed. Unfortunately, it has ended after season One. There are probably several reasons why it will not continue....

COVID-19 had shut down every movie and TV production in March. "Treadstone" had already finished shooting its' first season. Fans had been waiting for the renewal of season Two that will never come..... Another good TV series bites the dust after a single season.

USA Network 'Treadstone' in Limbo because of COVID-19

TREADSTONE on USA. As of May 13, 2020. The cable network hasn't made any kind of announcement on the second TV season. The first TV season averaged 502,000 TV viewers overall and 0.13 adult viewers.

2020 Hollywood TV productions and movies have shut down because of the "Corona-Virus" outbreak in the U.S.

Fans of the TV show are hoping it doesn't get cancelled. That goes for me too. I love this series because it doesn't just stick with one character. It follows several CIA coverts under "Treadstone."
