'Dakota Access Pipeline' halted by the US Army Corps of Engineers

Native American protesters had until Monday Dec. 5, 2016 to vacate Cannon Ball, North Dakota. The state's governor ordered the evacuation last week. It has been reported that more than 3,000 Tribal military veterans have traveled to the protest campsite in the last few days. They wanted to be a human shield between peaceful protestors and the police. MSNBC is now reporting that the "US Army Corps of Engineers" has stopped the pipeline from being built under the Missouri River which is a living resource for the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe.
