1922 Remake 'Nosferatu' in theaters Christmas Day 2024

NOSEFERATU from PRANA FILM (1922). The silent movie was directed by F. W. Murnau. It was also an unauthorized adaptation of Bram Stoker's novel, "Dracula" (1897). The family of Stoker didn't like the film and went to court to stop its' distribution. All copies of the movie were destroyed except for a few prints. The film was made for German audiences.

It has became a cult horror classic and was restored for today's audience. That restoration can be found on the internet because it is in the public domain. Check it out because of the excellent horror.

NOSEFERATU distributed by UNIVERSAL pictures (2024). This remake is directed by Robert Eggers. He has made a more gothic horror film which stars  Bill SkarsgĂ„rd and Willem Dafoe. 

It opens on Christmas Day 2024.
