The DATELINE (NBC) episode called, "The Perfect Guy" aired Friday night (3/6/2020) at 9/8 p.m. It was reported by Andrea Canning. In the overnight TV ratings. It garnered 3.76 million TV viewers overall. It reached 0.6 million TV viewers in the all important 18 to 49 adult demographic. "20/20" (ABC) grabbed 4.35 overall & 0.7 with adults. "Hawaii Five-0" (CBS) 6.91 overall & 0.6 with adults.
"The Perfect Guy." Derek Alldred was a con-man for 25 years. He created many identities to fool women into thinking he was someone that his wasn't. It worked on more than a dozen women across multiple states. He bilked them out of millions ($$$). Derek was always one-step ahead of law enforcement and these women. One victim decided to follow him on social media and her name was Cindi Pardini. She traced his every movement to record everything. The federal government got involved because Derek had impersonated U.S., military personnel. His crimes racked up and finally had to face his victims in court.

I had a friend of mine who helped Cindi with this. Cindi was having many issues with alcohol and he claims after living with her during these two years that he got all of her debt waived which he posted all over Facebook. Unfortunatley for my friend when Cindi's drinking got out of control and he broke up with her she filed a false claim of domestic violence and still stalks him to this day via his ex wife. I can tell you my friend claims she actually came out ahead financially with this getting her $26,579.12 that Derek racked up on her card waived, as well as the $20,000 plus she racked up on her own as a penality for not helping her. Cindi was a shell of who she was and her entire community and family had written her off for some very odd behavior over the years. My friend helped her and if you google Cindi Pardini SF Lawsuit 2018 you will see the details. My friend nearly spent 7 years in prison for her false accusation and I have seen the body camera footage he used in his criminal defense. Unfortuanley for him the civil case did not go as well because the liberal city of San Francisco does not protect male victims of false allegations. She is no hero she didnt work for years and all she did was get on the internet all day everyday instead of getting on with her life and she ruined him and others along the way. She is no hero she is a bad person
