HBO & Warner Bros., is interested in producing a film or limited TV series of SERIAL which covers a 1999 murder case. There is no confirmation though. 40 million podcast listeners are still picking-a-part the 12 episodes produced & narrated by journalist Sarah Koenig. Adnan Syed was convicted of strangling to death his ex-girlfriend Hae Min Lee on circumstantial evidence. He got life in prison.

SERIAL asked serious questions in the podcast & fans have to ask more questions. Why? Because the key witness against Adnan took an interview with Natasha Vargas-Cooper for THE INTERCEPT. Jay Wilds keeps changing his story. The prosecuting attorney Kevin Urick (against Adnan) also went to THE INTERCEPT & stood behind Jay Wilds testimony during the second trial. Plus, those cell phone records put Adnan in place during the murder. Both men declined an interview with SERIAL & spent their time debunking Sarah Koenig's investigative report with THE INTERCEPT.

Natasha never asked hard hitting questions of Jay nor Kevin. She also spent time attacking Sarah Koenig during those interviews. Mystery fans got nowhere near any kind of answers surrounding Hae's murder. Natasha was widely criticized & took another job, but many believe she was fired from THE INTERCEPT.

Asia McClain has now come forward saying she is the alibi for Adnan. She wrote a new affidavit claiming so & Kevin Urick is trying to refute those claims through lies he told in interviews & what he said during trial appeal. The murder mystery continues to unfold as Adnan files another appeal for a re-trial.
