CBS "48 Hours" 3 people murdered & burned to death. 2 good & fine upstanding young men charged with those murders. After 7 years & an arrest. Those charges were dropped. Grand Jury testimony over Robert Pape pushed for D.A. to drop those charges. Robert was the ex-boyfriend of Becky whose body was burned beyond recognition & stuffed into a wheel barrel.
