Porn Star 'Stormy Daniels' testifies in Donald Trump 'Hush Money' Court Trial

GLENN KIRSCHNER on YouTube BECAUSE JUSTICE MATTERS 2024. Donald Trump is charged with 34 felony counts in New York for falsifying business records to cover up stories before the 2016 Presidential Election. One story is the $130,000 "hush money" payment to Stormy Daniels (porn star) who had a sexual one night stand with Trump in 2006. He denies it.

The checks signed by Trump to his former lawyer Michael Cohen were shown in court. The money totaled up to $130,000.

The prosecution showed the jury how Trump used the "National Enquirer" magazine to "Catch & Kill" negative stories about him. The magazine would then target his political enemies (Hillary Clinton). He was great friends with the former owner of the  "National Enquirer." His name is David Pecker.

Pecker would buy exclusive rights to stories by women about Trump. He bought the story in 2016 from Karen McDougal (Former Playboy Playmate) who claimed she had a months long affair with Trump. He denies it.

Several news organizations were seeking the stories from these women (Stormy Daniels & Karen McDougal). The prosecution claims they were paid off with "hush money."

Stormy Daniels took the witness stand and described how she met Trump. She also detailed her sexual encounter with him and it got graphic and unsettling. She claims too that a man had threatened her in a parking lot if she spoke about her and Trump.

The defense lawyers will continue their cross-examination of Stormy in court on Thursday May 9, 2024.
