DATELINE on NBC. Did you watch last night's episode called, "The Feud?." Unbelievable, just unbelievable...! Joe shot Tim in the back plain and simple. He stood behind Montana's "Stand-Your-Ground-Law. He felt threatened and defended himself. All his neighbors knew Joe as an angry old man and a bully. He wanted to kill someone and unfortunately it was a nice guy named Tim.
Joe went on trial for murder two years later and when he took the witness stand. He tried to cry, but there were no tears. The same with his wife. No Tears...! The jury deadlocked and prosecutors offered him a deal and another trial. Joe took the deal because he knew he was gonna be convicted. He had no remorse toward Tim's wife and daughter either. Unbelievable...,
