“The Carrollton Plot.” Carrollton, Texas 2012. Frank Howard was out of town when his wife Nancy was shot in the head at their home. He was supposedly working, but was having an affair with another woman. Police detectives traced Frank’s cell phone and uncovered a possible dark side. He was accused of hiring men to kill Nancy. He paid the known “He-Haw” gang over two years to finally murder his wife. Frank denied knowing the gang and said he couldn’t kill his loving wife.
Nancy survived the gun shot and was completely shocked that Frank wanted her dead. She also described the man who shot her. Phone call messages and a video of Frank showed him communicating with men on the poor side of Carrollton. Was there two different Franks, one good and one evil?
