The TV season of 2017-18 has come to the midway point. "Deadline Hollywood" announces the new and returning TV shows for mid-season for 2018. "Elementary" (CBS) is not on this schedule even after the network ordered 21 episodes for the 6th TV season. TV fans will have to wait for an announcement.
The NBC Winter Olympics will pre-empt prime-time TV shows beginning Feb. 9, 2018.
Below are the TV shows that I recap on this Blog. They will be coming back mid-season.
- "Hawaii Five-0" on CBS. Returns Friday Jan. 5, 2018.
- "Vera" on Britbox. Will run past TV seasons on Monday Jan. 8, 2018.
- "Dateline" on NBC. Returns Friday Jan. 12, 2018.
- "48 Hours" on CBS. This is not on the schedule.
