“Killer Performance.” Julie Kibuishi was shot dead in Sam Herr's apartment. Police assumed Sam was her killer who went on the run. Investigators traced his bank card to a teen who was mentored by Daniel Wozniak. He was a theater actor who tried to frame Sam with Julie's murder. Sam was found dead too and his body was dismembered. Daniel confessed to both murders and his fiance' Rachel Buffet was accused as an accessory after-the-fact. She was an actress too who later claimed her innocence on the “Dr. Phil” TV show. The Prosecutor believed she knew more than what she claimed.

Daniel was convicted and received the death penalty. The prosecutor mentioned that “Hollywood” couldn't write this kind of diabolical story. Why? Daniel nailed his performance in a theater musical the day he shot and killed Sam. He also said that he laughed when he dismembered Sam.
