The "Wall Street Journal" money expert breaks down the Civil Fraud Case against Donald Trump. There is a $90 million interest cap on top of the $355 million. Interest will be added each day when money is not paid. Trump plans to appeal the verdict.
(I was told that after 30 days. Trump has to pay full amount plus the interest. If he doesn't. Then, a money fee will be added each day).
Trump still has to pay $83 million in the defamation case brought by E. Jean Carroll. He is appealing that verdict.
He was recently found guilty of sexual assault against Carroll back in the 1980's. $5 million was paid by him and that money will sit in court banks until all appeals by Trump are examined and/or exhausted.
