PBS "Downton Abbey" The season finale was expanded to one hour & thirty minutes. Tom Branson is leaving Downton for the U.S. Everyone knows about Lady Edith's baby except Lady Mary. John Bates confesses to the murder of Mr. Green so that his wife Anna can be released from prison. He goes on the run. Isobel Crawley receives a nasty letter from one of Lord Merton's son's. She turns down Merton's proposal of marriage because of his angry son's. Lord Sinderby's former mistress shows up with their son & he turns white. He was a snob toward Lady Rose who married his son Atticus.
