Albuquerque Craigslist Casting post.

Shakespeare! Be a part of it! All VOLUNTEERS WELCOME!

Saturday, March 14 and Sunday, March 15, 2015 / Both days: NOON-2PM / WAREHOUSE TWENTY-ONE / 1614 Paseo De Peralta, Santa Fe.

Auditions for TAMING OF THE SHREW (co-produced with the Threshold Art Collective), TEMPEST, and THE WINTER'S TALE.

No appointment necessary!

Actors who present a memorized verse monologue (under 2 minutes) and who have READ THE PLAYS THEY ARE AUDITIONING FOR will be given praise and a cookie! Sides will be available for actors who choose not to memorize.

All shows are rehearsed on weekday evenings (Mon-Fri) and performed on weekends: SHREW performs in May (with possible other dates), TEMPEST is July and August, and WINTER'S TALE is the first three weekends in October. Rehearsals and other information will come as soon as they're finalized!

A few roles have been precast, due to the volume and complexity of the season. You may audition for any combination of plays (one, two, or all three). We practice non-traditional, gender-blind and age-blind casting where appropriate! And we don't just need actors! Musicians, tech people, front-of-house staff, interns, and independent performers are all needed! There is a place for all community-minded people!

Please note: if you are unable to make these dates, other dates can easily be arranged by contacting us!
