Wow, I usually don't watch these pageants, but I was pulling for Miss Philippines anyway. Miss USA made the top 3. Steve Harvey blew it by not reading 1st runner-up before the winner. He just announced the 1st runner up as the winner. So, Miss Colombia took 1st runner up & Miss Philippines won Miss Universe. He switched them back. Hey Steve Harvey, it happens...,
