The last ride home.” Putnam County, Georgia 2016. Tex and Diane McIver loved each other very much. He is a prominent lawyer and she was a successful business woman. They had been drinking alcohol after a long day of playing golf. A female friend drove them home and got lost in a bad neighborhood. Tex had a .38 special gun which he placed onto his lap. He fell asleep and was startled awake when his gun went off. A bullet went through the back seat of the front passenger side and Diane was shot. She died at the hospital and Tex was charged with killing his wife. Was it murder or just an accident?
