'Bosch' Detective Sheehan turns himself in, but Harry is unsure of guilt

Missed Connections.” (Season 4. Episode 7). Detective Sheehan turned himself in after a standoff with the task force. His gun matches the bullet that killed attorney Howard Elias. The “Black Guardian” protest group want to know why Sheehan hasn’t been charged with Howard’s murder. That group plans to protest the Hollywood division. 

Bosch is not convinced Sheehan is guilty. Chief Irving gives him 48 hours to clear Sheehan who is a man who drinks alcohol until he blacks out. He was drunk that night Howard was shot. Honey Chandler tells Bosch that Howard had a video that goes against Sheehan as the shooter. She can’t show that video. 

Jerry talks to the Asian woman who set up Eleanor’s final poker game. Bosch doesn’t go with Jerry because the murder case belongs the FBI. She tries to give Jerry all her information and she’s scared for her life.
