“48 Hours” (CBS) can be seen each Saturday night at 10/9 p.m. It was aired at (9 p.m.) on the local KRQE 13 station at Albuquerque. Last night’s episode on Dec. 2, 2018 was called, “Defending DJ.” In the overnight TV ratings it had garnered 3.55 million TV viewers overall. It reached 0.6 million TV viewers in the all-important 18 to 49 adult demographic. “College Football” (ABC) grabbed 4.37 overall & 1.1 with adults. “SNL live” (NBC) nabbed 2.65 overall & 0.5 with adults.
“48 Hours” is a news program that covers murder & mystery in the United States. Last night’s episode was reported and narrated by James Brown.
“Defending DJ.” Pace University at New York. Oct. 17, 2010. DJ and several of his friends were celebrating after a homecoming football game. They were outside Finnegan’s bar & grill. Police had claimed that DJ’s car was inside a fire lane and had asked him to move. He was driving. Officer Aaron Hess said that DJ drove his car toward him and he feared for his life. He took out his gun and shot DJ and killed him. DJ’s friends had claimed that he never tried to run over officer Hess. It has taken 7 years and a prosecuting lawyer believes that this was murder.
