'48 Hours' episode 'The case against Enrico Forti' nabs 3.0 TV ratings overall

The 48 HOURS (CBS) episode called, "The case against Enrico Forti" aired Saturday night (5/4/2019) at 10/9 p.m. It was reported on by Erin Moriarty. In the overnight TV ratings. It garnered 3.00 million TV viewers overall. It reached 0.4 million TV viewers in the all important 18 to 49 adult demographic. "20/20" (ABC) no recorded TV ratings. "SNL" (NBC) 2.92 overall & 0.7 with adults.  

"The case against Enrico Forti." Florida. Dale Pike was found dead on a beach in February of 1998. He was naked and had two gunshot wounds to the head. Enrico Forti was to meet with Dale over the sale of his dad's famous hotel. It was a popular place for celebrities in the 1980's. Enrico claimed that he picked up Dale at the airport. They never discussed the hotel deal and Dale was dropped off at a restaurant. Enrico went to pick up his father-in-law at another airport. He never saw Dale again. Enrico's number was found inside Dale's phone. Police used that as part of the evidence against him. He was charged and convicted of Dale's murder in 2000. One juror questioned the circumstantial evidence and didn't see a "smoking gun." She claimed she was not heard by the older jurors....
