This is the 3rd Indictment Charges against Donald Trump both with State and Federal charges in 2023.
According to Federal Law. The defendant receives a "speedy" trial after the day of the defendants "arraignment." That will be held on Thursday Aug. 3, 2023. The trial will automatically begin 70 days after the defendant arraignment. No exceptions.

NBC News Now reports: Trump has been charged with four counts.
- Conspiracy to defraud the United States "by using dishonesty, fraud and deceit to obstruct the nation’s process of collecting, counting, and certifying the results of the presidential election"
- Conspiracy to impede the Jan. 6 congressional proceeding
- A conspiracy against the right to vote and to have that vote counted
- Obstruction of, and attempt to obstruct and impede, the certification of the electoral vote.
Update: I think everyone should read the 45-page Indictment against Trump. I read it and in my opinion. Trump is GUILTY as HELL. That includes his 6 co-conspirators. What is so ugly is Trump's regard for "violence." He loved the attack on the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021. He also didn't care who got hurt on that day. LOCK HIM UP.!!!
