THE MUMMY (1999) has a new sequel titled, "The Mummy 4: The Book of the Dead." Brendan Fraser and Rachel Weisz will return to the next sequel that will be released Oct. 15, 2027.
The original "Mummy" nabbed $442 million at the world-wide box office (1999). Two sequels had followed. Universal announced the 4th installment in 2026. Fans are loving it including me. Fraser and Weisz have great chemistry.
