20/20 episode 'Last Seen Walking' tackles small town scrutiny

"20/20" (ABC). The episode called, "Last Seen Walking" had aired on Friday night February 28, 2020 at 9/8 p.m. In the overnight TV ratings. It garnered 3.36 million TV viewers overall. It reached 0.6 million TV viewers with the all important 18 to 49 adults. "Hawaii Five-0" (CBS) grabbed 6.80 overall & 0.7 with adults. "Dateline" (NBC) nabs 3.35 overall & adults 0.6 with adults. 

"Last Seen Walking." Coquille, Oregon 2000. Leah was only 15-years-old who went missing during a summer night. Her boyfriend Nick had searched for her, but thought she had returned home. Both of Leah's shoes would be found separately. One shoe had her blood on them. Her dead body was later found and Leah's case went cold for 10 years.

The small town of Coquille had already convicted Nick by rumor and gossip. A new sheriff came to town and was determined to arrest him for Leah's murder. He did so based on circumstantial evidence. No one could place Nick at the crime scene....

Note: When you watch this. It will make you angry at the sheriff and prosecutor.
