COLD JUSTICE Investigators thought all along that the 3 homicides were connected with the 2-part episode called, IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD: PART 1 & 2. One woman stabbed & burned to death. Two men had their throats slit & bodies burned. It was just 5 months a part in a small town. This was back in 1992 & after more than 20 years. The 10 suspects don't recall the murders because of so many years of drug use. Witnesses, family & friends are interviewed. Then, there is a surprise confession.
