"Making a Murderer" The Defense of Steven Avery were top notch lawyers

MAKING A MURDERER on Netflix. I've viewed 7 of the 10 documentary episodes. Steven Avery's defense lawyer's are "Excellent" who have planted reasonable doubt in my mind. They were smart to move the Murder Trial from Manitowoc county away from the sheriff's department. That one Sheriff who handled Steven's arrest back in 1985 still hates the guy. Steven was exonerated by DNA evidence & didn't rape the woman. He spent 18 years in prison. That sheriff was questioned & doesn't believe the DNA evidence. He said on the witness stand, "It's possible" that some other guy may have raped that woman. It's personally - spiteful - after 20 years in 2005. Unbelievable!

  • Episode 5 - That blood vial of Steven Avery was saved from 1985. It was tampered with by someone poking a needle into that vial to remove blood. Did police take that blood & smear it inside Teresa's van? There were only 2 smears of Steven's blood in that van. He claims he was never in the van.
  • Episode 5 - A woman found Teresa's van in the car junk yard where Steven works. Holy Cow! She found it so fast in a 40 acre yard filled with thousand's of other cars. And she was only searching with her daughter. Why didn't a search team go with her? The van was up front & could be easily found. I don't think a murderer would just leave it at the front of a yard like that. If Steven killed her, wouldn't he crush the car with the equipment & hide it? He didn't even know the car was in the yard.
  • Episode 5 - The lead prosecutor came off stupid when answering questions from the press. It was about the joke Steven made about taking a female body & burying it. The prosecutor couldn't answer their questions. Steven's Defense made it clear that Steven made that joke long before Teresa even went missing. One reporter screamed, "What the Hell happened!?" after the Defense lawyer entered the press room. That was funny because they got no answers from the prosecution.
