'Love" 2015 A Threesome, Orgies, Cocaine & Graphic Sex can't save film

Karl Glusman is from my home state of Oregon who went to my Alma-Mater - Portland State University. He tried acting in theater, but went to France. He was cast in this film called, "Love." It was directed by progressive Indie filmmaker Gaspar Noe. Its' premiere was at the Cannes Film Festival back in 2015. It opened at U.S. Art-House theaters in 3D. People reportedly walked out of the theaters...,

(Murphy & Electra)

It is 2 hours long & there are porn sex scenes every 15 minutes mainly between Murphy (Karl Glusman) & Electra (Aomi Muyock). There is even a male climax scene that is aimed straight at the 3D audience. Murphy is supposed to be in love with Electra, but it looks more like desperate puppy-love instead. She leads him into sexual acts involving a threesome, an orgy, snorting cocaine & an attempt to bed a transsexual. I guess that's what she calls love.

Electra goes missing after she leaves him because he got a blonde "hottie" pregnant. That's where the plot ends. Murphy spends the rest of the movie recalling all their sexual exploits. Cut out all those sex scenes & you have nothing to watch. I got bored at the 1-Hour-Mark. U.S critics thrashed it while art-house junkies praised it for its' daring sex scenes.

It was filmed in medium, but mainly close up shots which was "okay." The only good performances were the naked bodies thrashing around on the bed. As for Karl Glusman, well, good luck in your career because we've seen it all & it wasn't acting.
