The 36th annual Razzie Awards will be handed out Saturday Feb. 27, 2016. It is for the Worst movies of 2015. It was bound to happen that the Disney retelling of Peter Pan called, "Pan" would land some nominations. It was panned by critics & ended up on the list's of the "10 Worst films of 2015." It also bombed at the U.S. Box Office with a mere $35 million. It made more money at the Foreign box office with $91 million. Worldwide total reached $126 million. The production budget was $150 million. Will it break even on DVD & BluRay?
Native American groups criticized the casting of Rooney Mara as the native princess Tiger Lily. She was nominated in the Worst Supporting Actress category and why not? Mara's - Lily - was too old to be having a crush on the boy Pan. It was unsettling to watch at the movie theater. Tiger Lily is a girl & not a woman. I chose 1 category to post as the Worst acting nominees. Only because all the categories are the worst of 2015.
