"Dateline" A stranger fights to set free a man from a double murder conviction

DATELINE on NBC. Did you watch last night's episode called, "The Confession?" What gets me angry is how desperate police detectives are so eager to arrest anyone for murder because they have the power to. This officer threatened a 16-year-old Daniel into signing a confession. He spent 18 years in prison for a double murder he never committed. That retired detective looked pretty "guilty" during the appeal hearing all these years later. He didn't want to be interviewed by "Dateline." Now, the District Attorney just won't let go of trying to bring Daniel back to a third Trial. A judge has thrown out that confession & said it was coerced by the detective.
