The Directors Guild makes 'deal' with Hollywood studio producers AMPTP

JUNE 5, 2023 - UPDATE - HOLLYWOOD STRIKE....

• The Writers Guild Union "Strike" moves into its' 6th week with no end in sight... Re-negotiations with producers have not approached the table. 
• The SAG-AFTRA vote for "Strike" authorization ends today 6-5-2023. 
• A "Strike" from actors is just a last resort if negotiations with producers fall. 
• SAG-AFTRA begins talks with the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers (AMPTP) on Wednesday 6-7-2023.
• The Directors Guild has made a deal with the AMPTP.
