48 HOURS.... "When Dr. Linda Goudey was found strangled to death in October 1993, the main suspect was her boyfriend, Timothy Stryker, who was also a doctor. Nothing police found at the scene pointed directly to Stryker, and it took years for him to plead guilty, but it wasn't to murder charges.
